Three general classes are recognized crop, pasture or ragge, and forest. 2 - Existing or zoned economic use of land, such as residential, industrial, farm, commercial. 3 - The use to which a parcel of land is put either a residential property, a factory, a road or an agricultural crop or livestock enterprise.
